For over 20 years, Avéne has created every product with unmatched care and passion. Should you choose to return a product, we will happily refund the original form of payment if returned within 60 days. Unfortunately, we cannot honor returns received more than 60 days from the order shipment date.

Items can be easily returned for free (no return shipping or handling fees) using our pre-paid UPS return shipping label. You may also take advantage of our printerless return label by simply presenting the QR code on the return label via a mobile device to an employee at a UPS shipping facility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Avéne monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns in all instances.

We will provide a prepaid label for returns made thru UPS. If you choose to ship using a carrier other than UPS you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.
